Electro Harmonix are experts when it comes to designing top quality effects pedals with simplicity at their core. The Bass Big Muff offers great sound with great simplicity. With a sturdy construction and fairly compact build it can be fitted into your pedalboard wherever you go. The Bass Big Muff is based on two different classic Muff pedals to give you the best fuzz tones for your bass. The pedal is equipped with three main control knobs; Volume, Tone, and Sustain. These three dials allow you to take full control over the amount of distortion you want. Another creative feature of the pedal is the addition of a handy toggle switch. The Dry switch mixes the bass' dry signal with the pedal's distortion, whereas the Bass Boost option which brings back those low frequencies when the initial tone has been set for high frequencies. With two jacks offering a dual output, you can alter between a dry signal and the effects chain between two separate amps. The pedal has an incredibly durable, die-cast construction to be able to withstand plenty of use. The pedal has been specifically designed for use with bass guitars, providing you plenty of fuzz and drive to boot.
